A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Charles City, with Pastor Don Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City. Visitation will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to Our Brother’s Keeper and Trinity United Methodist Church.
